Available parcel, title-reference, planning, hazard, infrastructure, school and neighbourhood information is organised from named public sources. Coverage varies by location.
Why is a record unavailable?
Some councils do not publish the same records or permit automated reuse. The report explains unavailable checks instead of silently filling gaps.
How do PDF purchases work?
The online report is free to read. A downloadable six-page PDF costs NZ$13.99 including GST as a one-time purchase through Stripe.
How do I report incorrect information?
